When your reservation is confirmed and dates are locked in for your visit, the units are removed from the rental market and other potential guests are turned away for those dates. Therefore, deposits are not refundable unless the reserved unit is rented to other guests for the same time period originally reserved, and provided a request for cancellation is received 45 days prior to your arrival date. In the event the unit is re-rented, you will receive a refund less a ten percent handling fee.  Non-cancellation requests within 45 days or a failure to show, will result in total forfeiture of deposit. There are no refunds for early departure or inclement weather.
